This state-of-the-art digital camera fits comfortably in the patient’s mouth and captures clear, real-time images of their smile. It helps us do an even better job of examining your teeth. Panoramic X-Rays

Panoramix x-ray

For a very broad view of the teeth, jaw, jaw joints, and sinuses, a panoramic X-ray can provide insight that a regular X-ray simply can’t. It is designed to reveal problems such as bone abnormalities and fractures, impacted teeth, infections, cysts, or tumors. As a result, they are especially helpful in any oral or maxillofacial practice. Panoramic X-rays give our team an accurate and trusted view of oral structures, helping us provide a better diagnoses and treatments.

E4D Machine

E4D machine technology

In conventional dentistry, it often takes two office visits to restore a single tooth. However, with the E4D Dental System, we are able to design, fabricate, and place a ceramic crown, onlay, or veneer in one visit. Instead of having to wear a temporary restoration for weeks and then return for another appointment, you can get the final restoration all in one day. Basically, this means that you’ll spend less time in our office.

The E4D System digitally scans the damaged tooth and allows our team to design the final restoration immediately. Then, it sends the design to our in-office milling station where a precise restoration is created within minutes. At that point, we can make small adjustments and polish the restoration to give it a realistic luster.

CAD/CAM Same-Day Crowns

CAD crown machine

Other industries have used computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) for years. In dentistry, this technology allows us to take a digital scan of a tooth that needs a crown. We can then use the data from the scan to generate a unique design for a custom crown. We can also create a blueprint and guidelines for manufacturing the crown with our milling machine. With CAD/CAM technology, we are able to create precise and custom crowns, inlays, and onlays in just one visit.

Paperless Charting

Traditional paper charting causes a lot of issues. Information can be lost or incorrectly recorded. Handwriting legibility and coding can make charts look different or difficult to understand, even for those who work in the dental field. That's why our office has “gone digital” with our records, X-rays, and charting. We use the computer to eliminate these problems and standardize charting methods, which makes it easier to view up-to-date information and keep accurate records. Paperless charting also means that we work more efficiently and use less paper. When necessary, we are easily able to share important information with other healthcare providers. Have questions about your records with us? Please let us know!

Electronic Claims Filing

Our office utilizes electronic claims processing, which means that we can send dental insurance claims electronically with the click of a button. This way, we can submit claims more efficiently and with fewer errors. As a result, the turnaround time on claims is shorter, and fewer are denied or returned, benefitting the patient.

Our team will be happy to submit your dental insurance claims for you. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the e-claim process.

Patient Education Software

When it comes to your oral care, we believe that you deserve to be in the loop. As a result, our office has invested in patient education software. The computer program we use helps you better understand oral health issues, procedures, and treatment options. This investment helps us clearly communicate, and it helps you learn more and feel confident in every dental decision you make.

Auto Appointment Reminders

With so many advancements in communication in recent years, we’ve updated our appointment reminders. Instead of using written cards or personal phone calls, which are subject to human error, we use computerized and automated systems. As a result, we can provide patients with timely reminders through email and text messaging.

At your next appointment, our front-desk staff can discuss the reminder options we provide so that we can set up a system that works best for you.
